Aeris’ proprietary Zinc Pyrithione coating on the filter inflow side attacks the bacteria cell wall and virus proteins. The coating ensures an effective log reduction of 94% on the Coronavirus and 99% on most common hospital bacteria over 2 hours. (according to ISO18184 and AATCC 147:2011) Aeris MERV16 rated PP based material creates low pressure drops of upto0.35 inch of water at 492fpm (2.5 m/s). The low-pressure drop doesn’t inhibit the HVAC’s airflow and allows the filter to be used between six and eight months. An all-round sealing ensures low leakage and a right fit in residential and commercial HVAC systems. Breaks down germs, bacteria and viruses. As tested on Coronavirus, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus. Captures particulate matter as small as 0.1 micron at >95%.
